Open architecture, independence and transparency are the core values underpinning QWM’s commitment to protect, manage and generate returns on the assets with which it is entrusted.
Quilvest Wealth Management’s shareholders and management team share a common vision of wealth management, based on the principles of partnership and creating long-term value for our clients.
An open architecture model with independent advice
- Open architecture is defined as the identification and combination of the best available expertise and solutions, whether internal or external. Moving away from a pure and simple product distribution model, Quilvest Wealth Management focuses on advising and finding optimum investment and management solutions for its clients. The bank’s internal organisation has been designed to avoid conflicts of interest. This approach allows us to maintain our integrity towards our clients and ensure that our advice, and tailor made services are in the client’s best interests.
A solid independent Group
- The alignment of interests is made possible by Quilvest Wealth Management’s independence, as it does not belong to a universal or corporate banking Group. While QWM’s head office is based in Luxembourg, each entity has the autonomy required to take responsive, appropriate and accountable decisions.
The need for transparency
- Moving away from a traditional benchmark approach, Quilvest Wealth Management concentrates on absolute performance. QWM’s fees are based on tailor-made management services; the client has the opportunity to chose between different pricing models which are either “à la carte”, all- inclusive or performance based. QWM provides detailed account summaries that offer a clear vision of the clients’ assets under management; including their valuation, performance, associated risks and costs.
Traditional services reserved for institutional investors
- Quilvest Wealth Management provides clients with services traditionally reserved for institutional investors. This applies to product offering, reporting and risk management.
